Salesforce QA

Tudip Technologies is hiring a Salesforce QA professional at its Phase 3 Hinjewadi office in Pune to design and execute test plans validating Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customizations. You will perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across Apex and Lightning Web Component customizations, using tools including Selenium, Provar, and Copado Robotic Testing to build reliable automated test coverage. API testing using Postman validates integration points between Salesforce and connected systems, while SQL and SOQL queries support data validation across test scenarios. Tracking defects through Jira keeps development teams informed of issues, with clear reproduction steps that speed resolution. Supporting Agile processes throughout the sprint cycle keeps QA activities synchronized with development rather than becoming a bottleneck.

This role requires 2-7 years of Salesforce QA experience with strong hands-on proficiency in test automation tools including Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing. Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components is essential for understanding what is being tested and how customizations might fail. API testing skills using Postman are required, alongside solid SQL and SOQL proficiency for data validation. Experience tracking defects through Jira within Agile sprint cycles is expected. A B.Tech or B.E. qualification is required, along with strong attention to detail across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing scenarios.
