Salesforce Platform/Devops Engineer

This Salesforce Platform/DevOps Engineer role at Diverse Lynx involves acting as the primary administrator for Salesforce Production and Full Sandbox environments. You will design, maintain, and optimize Salesforce CI/CD pipelines (Git-based) to automate metadata deployments, manage source control and branching strategy, own environment and sandbox strategy including refresh planning, and enforce code quality through Apex tests and static code analysis. Daily responsibilities include leading Salesforce release management including deployments, cutover activities, and rollback planning, managing Salesforce security and access controls including SSO and connected apps, supporting user provisioning and IDMS integration, implementing backup and recovery strategies, monitoring org health and performance, handling data operations including imports and exports, managing global org-level settings and picklists, and maintaining platform-level documentation.

The ideal candidate must have 2-7 years of experience with Salesforce Platform/DevOps engineering. Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git-based metadata deployments, sandbox management, and release management is required. Knowledge of Salesforce security, access controls, and compliance standards is essential. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
