Role \& Responsibilities
* Design, configure, and deploy end\-to\-end Order Management solutions on Salesforce OMNI for B2B and B2C clients.
* Integrate Salesforce OMNI with ERP, payment gateways, fulfillment systems, and e\-commerce platforms via APIs and middleware.
* Optimize order routing, allocation rules, and omnichannel inventory synchronization for peak performance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical configurations and automation workflows.
* Deliver user training, documentation, and post\-go\-live support to ensure client adoption and success.
* Troubleshoot complex order lifecycle issues, including backorder management, returns, and refund processing.
