Job Title: Salesforce Omnistudio Lead Company: Cognizant Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: As a Salesforce OmniStudio Tech Lead , you will make an impact by leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce Industries solutions using OmniStudio and Salesforce platform technologies. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce delivery team and work collaboratively with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver enterprise\-scale digital transformation initiatives. In This Role, You Will * Architect and implement OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures to deliver scalable and modular OmniStudio solutions. * Lead Salesforce Industries development across CPQ, EPC, Communications Cloud, and Revenue Cloud initiatives. * Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, adherence to best practices, and architectural guidance. * Design, build, and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external enterprise systems. * Drive DevOps excellence through Git\-based workflows, CI/CD automation, Vlocity DataPacks management, and environment governance. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work\-life balance through our various wellbeing programs. * 8\+ years of hands\-on Salesforce development experience. 3\+ years of hands\-on OmniStudio experience including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. * Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Lightning Architecture. * Experience with Salesforce Industries solutions such as CPQ, EPC, Communications Cloud, or Revenue Cloud. * Hands\-on experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third\-party systems. * Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, and Vlocity DataPacks. * Ability to design scalable data models, integration patterns, and modular OmniStudio frameworks. * Proven experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology functions. Salary And Other Compensation We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $70,000 – $120,000 CAD per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business\-related and job\-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance\-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
