Key Responsibilities (KRAs). Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including data integrity, segmentation, and automation. Create and manage datasets and queries using SQL for campaign targeting and reporting. Collaborate with zonal marketing teams to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns. Develop, test, and maintain email templates (responsive and dynamic). Create / Support in campaign preparation and execution using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Running different marketing Campaign via Journey/ adhoc. Preparation of Email / WA / SMS templates for Marketing campaigns. Ensure compliance with best practices in deliverability, data security, and opt-in policies. Provide reports and insights to optimize campaign performance. Keep the report of Zonal level Campaign and optimise them as per the budget. Guiding and training to the Zonal team members about. SFMC Required Skill Set. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good written and verbal communication skills.
