Salesforce Lead

Role & responsibilities. Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and APIs. Configure and manage Salesforce CRM, including workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. Perform user management activities such as role/profile setup, access control, and permission sets. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Maintain data integrity through regular data audits, data cleansing, and deduplication processes. Provide support and troubleshoot system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Deploy changes using version control and release management practices. Monitor system performance and ensure platform security and compliance. Required Qualifications. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. Strong understanding of CRM business processes and Salesforce best practices.
