Salesforce Developer with Certinia PSA

This Salesforce Developer role at Ekloud Data Labs requires strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex with mandatory Certinia PSA expertise. You will develop custom UI screens and components, convert UI designs/mockups into Salesforce applications, and work with Salesforce Flow, permissions, and sharing models. Daily responsibilities include developing custom UI components, managing Salesforce Flow and permissions, and collaborating with Business Analysts and SMEs. The role requires strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with Salesforce and Certinia data model customization is preferred. Knowledge of integrations, data mapping, and release management in enterprise projects is beneficial. This position also offers exposure to enterprise-wide transformation programs and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate must have 4-6 years of experience with strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA is mandatory. Any graduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
