Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description – Salesforce Administrator Shift: Rotational (24x7 Support) Key Responsibilities:  Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, role, permission sets, and access controls.  Create and maintain automation using flow builder, approval processes and other  Generate and maintain reports, dashboards and analytical insights.  Manage security settings, sharing rules and field-level security.  Support Salesforce releases, testing, deployment and change management  Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement  Maintain Salesforce documentation and follow best practices for system  Work with development and integration teams to resolve technical issues and support system integrations  Experience management users, Profiles, roles, permission sets, and security setting.  Good Communication and stakeholder management skills.
