Job Description
This Salesforce Developer role at Simple Energy involves owning and evolving the Salesforce ecosystem that powers customer enquiries, test rides, bookings, sales pipelines, and post-booking workflows. You will design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions for enquiries, leads, bookings, orders, and customer lifecycle management, customizing Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and validation rules. Daily responsibilities include implementing end-to-end sales workflows including lead capture, assignment, conversion, booking, and fulfillment tracking, integrating Salesforce with internal systems via APIs, building automation using Flows and Apex triggers, creating dashboards and reports for leadership teams, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across large volumes of customer data.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 2-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong experience in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. Solid understanding of Salesforce data models including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and custom objects is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable.
