Working closely with the Salesforce Platform Manager and broader technology team, you'll play a key role in delivering enhancements, resolving technical challenges and reducing technical debt across the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flow. * Build and enhance integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications. * Develop automation and custom functionality to improve business processes and user experience. * Troubleshoot technical issues, improve platform performance and resolve recurring problems. * Identify and remediate technical debt, including legacy code and inefficient processes. * Support testing, deployments, release management and CI/CD improvements. * Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. * Ensure Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable. Skills \& Experience * Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer. * Hands\-on expertise with Apex, LWC, SOQL and Salesforce Flow. * Experience developing REST API integrations and working with enterprise applications. * Solid understanding of Salesforce security, permissions and data models. * Experience with Git, deployment processes, testing and development best practices. * Strong troubleshooting, problem\-solving and communication skills. * Experience with Certinia or similar Salesforce\-based applications would be advantageous. * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification highly regarded.
