Job Description
This Salesforce Developer role at CN Solutions involves implementing Salesforce Lightning Industry best practices, creating technical design from functional design and requirements, and troubleshooting with debugging skills. You will perform configuration and customization including workflows, validations, approval processes, security model, and data model. Daily responsibilities include exposure to Lightning migration and Lightning Components development, hands-on Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning Data Service, customization using APEX Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, and Test Class. You will work on Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, HTML, and JavaScript. Knowledge on ALM and DevOps concepts and their realization on Salesforce platform is required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development including ALM and DevOps knowledge. Strong expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Components, and SFDC configuration is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role.
