Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement scalable solutions on
Salesforce Communication Cloud / Data 360
.
* Develop
DLO\-to\-DMO mappings
, data transformations, cleansing, normalisation, deduplication and aggregation.
* Build
identity \& relationship models, segmentation, consent and service\-level targeting
for marketing activation.
* Support
batch/streaming transformations, activation pipelines, data quality and reconciliation
.
* Integrate telco data with
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
and marketing channels.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, conduct code reviews and support the full
SDLC
.
* Work with
Databricks, Delta Lake or lakehouse platforms
where applicable.
Work Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Requirements
We are seeking a
Salesforce Data 360 Specialist
with strong experience delivering
marketing data solutions in telecommunications
. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
customer, account, subscription and service\-level data
, including MSISDN/mobile\-number\-led activation scenarios.
* Strong
Salesforce Communication Cloud / Data 360
experience.
* Proficiency in
Apex, Java or JavaScript
.
* Hands\-on expertise with
DLOs, DMOs and DLO\-to\-DMO mappings
.
* Strong knowledge of
identity \& relationship modelling, segmentation and consent
.
* Experience with
telco customer, subscription, product and service data
.
