Job Title: Salesforce CRM Developer Company: Emerson Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (as required), and other Salesforce platform technologies. * Build and maintain Salesforce automation, including Flows, validation rules, agentic tools, and custom business logic to support and optimize business processes * Develop, enhance, and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications, including ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, digital solutions, and third\-party services * Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, integration failures, and production incidents in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions * Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities while adhering to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and governance processes * Manage CRM releases, deployments, enhancements, and change management activities while adhering to governance standards and best practices * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, integration specifications, and deployment procedures * Monitor application performance, system health, integrations, and data quality to proactively identify issues and recommend improvements * Stay current with Salesforce platform innovations, AI capabilities, and development best practices to continuously improve system functionality, user experience, and business value For This Role, You Will Need: * 3–6 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM administration and/or development * Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, security model, and standard CRM objects * Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs * Experience building Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), and validation rules * Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (Experience Cloud a plus) * Understanding of Salesforce release management, environments, and deployment tools * Experience working with integrations, data migration, and data quality best practices * Solid understanding of CRM best practices, scalable design principles, and governance.
