Job Title: Salesforce Consultant Company: Paralympics Australia Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: The role provides end\-to\-end capability across business analysis, Salesforce administration, functional solution design, project and change delivery, integrations, data, configuration, testing, deployment, support and continuous improvement. Operating within Technology’s platform direction, priorities and governance, the Consultant progresses assigned work from discovery through implementation. Technology leadership retains organisational prioritisation, material scope, risk acceptance and investment decisions; business units remain accountable for their processes, data quality, acceptance and outcomes, with approved specialists engaged for complex or high\-risk work. This role can be based from our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane office. A clear communicator with technical and non\-technical audiences, you are practical, collaborative and accountable, and manage competing priorities. You exercise sound judgement, recognise when specialist architecture, development, integration or security support is required, adapt to changing needs, pursue continuous improvement and demonstrate Paralympics Australia’s values. Key Competencies * Demonstrates practical capability across administration, declarative configuration, Flow, security, reports, dashboards, data and routine platform operations. * Engages stakeholders, facilitates discovery and translates business needs into clear requirements, functional designs and acceptance criteria. * Takes ownership of assigned Salesforce work from planning and requirements through testing, deployment and transition to business\-as\-usual operations. * Demonstrates practical experience monitoring Salesforce integrations and data flows, investigating routine failures, applying fixes within role capability, coordinating specialist remediation and maintaining reliable data and integration documentation. * Investigates incidents and delivery issues, applies practical fixes within role capability, assesses risk and knows when specialist escalation is required. * Communicates clearly with technical and non\-technical audiences and supports stakeholders through requirements, delivery, testing and adoption. * Works effectively across Technology, business teams and external providers, manages competing priorities and takes ownership of high\-quality outcomes. * Improves platform use, business processes, documentation and ways of working while demonstrating Paralympics Australia’s values. The Person You are a hands\-on Salesforce functional consultant with at least three years’ practical experience across administration, declarative configuration and functional delivery. You can independently engage stakeholders, define requirements, configure Salesforce and take assigned work through testing, deployment and support. Education and Training * Salesforce Certified Administrator or an equivalent current Salesforce administrator credential. * At least three years’ practical experience in a hands\-on Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst or comparable role. * Demonstrated hands\-on Salesforce declarative configuration capability, including Flow, security and access, objects, data, reports and dashboards. * Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate discovery and translate business needs into Salesforce requirements and functional solutions. * Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce changes or projects through configuration, testing, deployment and transition to business\-as\-usual operations. * Experience supporting Salesforce in fundraising and marketing environments, including donor and supporter management, campaigns, appeals, digital forms, payment or fundraising platforms, APIs and associated data flows. * Current Working with Children Check.
