Roles & Responsibilities:
Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer
Role Description
* Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.
* Configure EPC, CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management functionalities.
* Build OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
* Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
* Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
* Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams.
* 4\+ years of Salesforce development experience.
* Hands\-on experience with Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
* Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
* Experience with OmniStudio components.
* Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
* Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.
* Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Requirements
Experience Required:
1 year
* Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
* Salesforce Industries certification.
* MuleSoft integration exposure.
* Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.
* Knowledge of the telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.
* Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
