* 10–12 years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
* 5\+ years of
Salesforce Communication Cloud
implementation.
* Strong
Telecom industry
knowledge.
* At least one end\-to\-end
Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
implementation.
* Hands\-on experience with
CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM
.
* Strong
OmniStudio
experience: Cards Framework, OmniScripts and DataRaptors.
* Expertise in
Apex, SOQL/SQL, Visualforce, JavaScript, XML/JSON, SOAP and REST
.
* Experience migrating
legacy CRM/systems to Salesforce/Vlocity
.
* Strong technical design, integration and stakeholder management skills.
