Job Title: Salesforce B2B Commerce Technical Lead Company: Kaizen Global Technologies Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Configure and support Salesforce B2B Commerce, including buyer groups, price books, catalogs and entitlements. * Manage Experience Cloud storefronts, checkout and order processing. * Support Salesforce Order Management (OMS) and integrations. * Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions and security. * Monitor system logs, troubleshoot issues and resolve production incidents. * Maintain Salesforce Flows, automation and validation rules. * Support data management, deployments and system updates. Work Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Availability: Full time

Experience: 10\+ years Work Eligibility: Candidates must have valid Australian work rights (Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or valid visa holders). * Strong hands\-on Salesforce B2B Commerce experience. * Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and storefront configuration. * Knowledge of buyer groups, entitlements, price books and catalogs. * Salesforce Administration, including user management and permissions. * Experience with Salesforce Flows, debugging and troubleshooting. * Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (Mandatory). * Salesforce OMS experience. * SAP/ERP integration knowledge. * Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring or Data Cloud. * B2B Commerce Administrator Accredited Professional certification.
