Salesforce Automation CRT QA

This Salesforce Automation CRT QA role at Sparix Global requires 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation with proven hands-on experience with CRT. You will have hands-on experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) with strong expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). Daily responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automation (Selenium) test scripts, performing regression, functional, and integration testing, collaborating with developers and business teams to ensure quality delivery, and working with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies. The position is remote with 10am-7pm working hours. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the team.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation with proven hands-on experience with CRT. Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and releases is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
