You'll work closely with IT leadership, developers, business stakeholders and external partners to drive enhancements, manage technical improvements and shape the future direction of the Salesforce ecosystem and other interconnected business systems. Key Responsibilities ✦ Own and manage the Salesforce platform and associated business applications. ✦ Develop platform roadmaps and prioritise enhancements. ✦ Identify and address technical debt and recurring support issues. ✦ Coordinate developers, internal teams and external vendors. ✔ Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
