Job Description
This Salesforce Agentforce Engineer role at Accellor involves designing and implementing next-generation AI-powered customer and employee experiences using Salesforce's latest AI technologies. You will design, build, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions that automate customer and employee interactions, configure Salesforce Service Cloud to deliver AI-powered case management and self-service, and build AI agents using Agentforce including prompts, topics, actions, and orchestration. Daily responsibilities include integrating Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, Knowledge, Flows, Data Cloud, and enterprise applications, configuring Salesforce Trust Layer and security controls, developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and APIs, and partnering with solution architects to identify high-value AI use cases.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 3-8+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience with hands-on experience building solutions with Salesforce Agentforce or other Salesforce AI technologies. Strong expertise with Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable.
