Sales Support Engineer

Responsibilities. Sales Planning Data Analysis Aggregate and analyze company and customer data from target industries to develop annual and monthly sales plans with detailed contact information. Lead Generation Customer Outreach Contact customers to introduce the company and products, schedule appointments for detailed discussions, and maintain accurate call records. Technical Support Solution Consulting Explain technical details and applications of products, assist customers in solution evaluation, and pitch for future sales with support from the Regional Sales Team. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, handle inquiries for future sales, and engage customers through calls, social media, and other communication channels. RFQ Review Quotation Preparation Check technical details of RFQs, clarify requirements if necessary, and prepare accurate quotations in coordination with the Regional Sales Team. Follow-up Sales Closure Track pending quotations, take timely action to ensure closures, and coordinate with the Regional Sales Team to drive successful conversions. Purchase Order Order Processing Prepare purchase orders for store or customer requirements and ensure smooth processing and delivery of materials.
