Job Title: Sales Order Processor Company: Solina Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: The SOP member will report to the Sales Supply \& Distribution Manager and work closely with sales and operational teams, warehouse and customers directly. Responsibilities * Work closely with FG Warehouse and Goods\-In Warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision. * Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all sales orders within Sage 200\. * Knowledge and understanding of export procedures * Liaising with customers and suppliers, handling queries * Checking stock levels * Able to anticipate/identify problems and owning them through to conclusion * Has a wider knowledge of the external factors affecting the business and their implications Work Location: Winsford, England, UK Availability: Full time

Skills And Experience * Previous experience of Sage or other ERP systems would be an advantage but training will be given * Excellent Customer Service skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Good attention to detail * Confident in speaking to customers on the telephone. * The ability to work on own initiative. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. * A flexible approach to work * The ability to solve problems.
