Sales Operations Executive

Job Title: Sales Operations Executive Company: Flintron Tech Private Limited Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: The Sales Operations Executive will support the Sales Team in managing day-to-day sales processes from enquiry to order execution. The role includes lead and enquiry verification, customer account creation, CRM updates, quotation preparation, Sales Order creation, invoicing, logistics coordination, dispatch follow-Uttar Pradesh and maintaining accurate sales records . Key Responsibilities * Verify incoming enquiries and leads. * Create new customer accounts in CRM / ERP. * Create and update leads, enquiries and opportunities in CRM. * Maintain accurate customer and sales records. * Prepare quotations based on Sales Team requirements. * Create Sales Orders after customer confirmation. * Prepare invoices and related sales documents. * Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Production and Dispatch teams. * Coordinate courier, transport and logistics activities. * Track order processing, dispatch and delivery status. * Follow Uttar Pradesh internally on pending orders and documentation. * Support the Sales Team with customer follow-ups and order-related activities. * Maintain quotation, Sales Order, invoice and dispatch records. * Prepare regular sales operations and order-status reports. * Good computer knowledge * CRM / ERP handling * MS Excel and MS Office * Quotation preparation * Sales Order processing * Invoice preparation * Customer account and lead management * Logistics and dispatch coordination * Good email and telephone communication * Strong follow-Uttar Pradesh and coordination skills * Good documentation and reporting * Attention to detail and accuracy * Experience in a B2B Odisha manufacturing company will be Andaman and Nicobar Islands added advantage. Qualification * Any Graduate * B.Com / BBA / BBM preferred * Candidates with relevant Diploma qualifications and suitable experience may also be considered. * 0-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, CRM, Order Processing Odisha Customer Support preferred.
