Sales Operations Administrator

What You Will Do * Manage sales order processing in SAP and CRM, from order creation through initial invoicing and handover to the Order Desk. * Prepare order confirmations, down-payment invoices, guarantees, and letter of credit requests. * Communicate with customers and support payment follow-up until the first down payment is received. * Maintain customer master data, credit information, and support customer portal administration. * Partner with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order management and smooth sales operations. Work Location: Penang, Penang, Malaysia Availability: Full time
