Responsibilities Sales \& Business Development Conduct market research to analyze potential customers, market trends, and industry developments. Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, presentations, and relevant sales documents to support client acquisition. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development goals. Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Develop and coordinate marketing materials, promotional content, and sales presentations to support marketing efforts. Support social media marketing and digital advertising initiatives to enhance market reach. Monitor marketing campaign performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement promotional activities effectively. Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and activity reports for effective tracking. Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and track market developments to inform strategy. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review. Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business operations. Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management. Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields, or relevant practical experience.
