About the role fastrr Assist is Shiprocket's AI\-powered chat and voice assistant helping D2C brands recover drop\-offs and drive conversions at checkout. We're looking for a Sales Intern to join the GTM team and help build our outbound pipeline this is a hands\-on role for someone who wants real exposure to B2B SaaS sales in a fast\-growing product line. Responsibilities * Connect with prospective D2C brands and merchants via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. * Qualify leads and schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team. * Maintain and update CRM records accurately (Salesforce) — log every call, email, and touchpoint. * Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the funnel, from first contact to demo\-ready. * Collect customer feedback and market insights from calls and share them with the product/GTM team. * Assist in preparing sales reports, call trackers, and performance dashboards. * Support outbound campaigns and partner\-led business development initiatives. * Help test and refine outreach scripts/messaging based on what's converting. * Monthly Stipend: INR 15,000 * Location: Gurugram (Udyog Vihar Phase 3\) \- 5 Days WFO• * Mode of Interview: Virtual/ F2F * Educational Qualification: Post Graduation (Good to have) * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Strong verbal and written communication skills — comfortable making cold calls. * Basic familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus, not required. * Self\-starter, organized, and comfortable with targets and follow\-through. * Interest in D2C/e\-commerce and SaaS sales.
