Sales Coordinator -Polymer Distribution

Job Title: Sales Coordinator -Polymer Distribution Company: Rukma Plastics SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate with customers for order processing, dispatch planning, and delivery follow-ups * Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues * Support the sales team with quotations, order entries, invoices, and sample dispatches * Prepare sales MIS reports, stock status updates, and customer outstanding summaries * Maintain customer databases, order records, and follow-up schedules * Coordinate with the accounts team for payment reconciliation and credit notes Work Location: Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time

* Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Science * 2 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office support (preferably in polymers,chemicals, or industrial products) * Proficient in MS Excel, Tally (or any ERP), and email communication * Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude * Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and follow through on deadlines Key Skills: Inventory Management Salary: INR 500000 - 700000 per yearly
