We’re Hiring | Sales Coordinator. Apex Industrial Services (AIS) is looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities:. Prepare quotations, proposals, and process customer orders. Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and finance teams. Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders and deliveries. Maintain accurate sales records and update ERP/CRM systems. Prepare sales reports and support process improvements. Requirements:. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales administration. Experience in B2B sales, PPE, or industrial supplies is an advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
