Receptionist cum HR Executive for H.O.

Qualification:-

(i) Candidates having at least Bachelor degree from a recognised University / Institute with first class result,

(ii) 3-5 years’ experience noting and drafting

(iii) Basic knowledge and hands on practice of MS office

(iv) Female Candidates should apply .

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties like managing reception and handling of our valued customers and visitors.
• Prepare attendance sheets, assist in Employee Life Cycle and Payroll by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, scholarship etc.)
• Compile, update employee records (hard and soft copies), documentation.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.

· Other jobs assigned from time to time by seniors, Directors.

· Reporting to the Administrator-cum-HR Manager.

Job Summary
Job Role of HR Executive:
1. Handling End to End Payroll.
2. Monitoring of Attendance System
3. Leave Management
4. Preparation of Daily, Weekly and monthly Attendance Reports.
5. Preparation of All statutory statements i.e. PF, ESIC etc.
6. Assistance in recruitment process.
7. Preparation of month wise employees report (Left, Join & Salary).
8. High standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention. Excellent follow-up skills.
