Job Title: Qa Lead Company: Avaali Solutions Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Role: QA Lead About the Role: We are looking for an experienced QA Lead for our Source\-to\-Pay (S2P) product suite. The ideal candidate will drive product quality through effective testing strategies, automation, and continuous improvement while mentoring the QA team. This is a hands\-on leadership role that works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Analysts, DevOps, and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high\-quality enterprise SaaS products. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team while promoting Quality Engineering best practices. • Build and maintain automation frameworks and regression test suites. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, DevOps, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle. • Monitor quality metrics, automation coverage, defect leakage, and release readiness. • Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices. • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Experience: 6 0 years of experience: • 6\-0 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering. • Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing. • Experience testing enterprise web applications and REST APIs. Required Skills \& Experience: • Strong experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, API, End\-to\-End, and User Acceptance Testing. • Experience in API automation using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices. • Experience testing ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms. • Experience with Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). • ISTQB certification is an advantage.
