Ltd Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: ● Build and maintain automated tests for critical user journeys across web and mobile. ● Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and improve testability. ● Maintain test plans, test cases, automation suites, and release quality notes. ● Understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile practices, and CI/CD workflows. ● Review requirements, user stories, and designs; identify gaps, edge cases, and acceptance criteria. ● 3\+ years of experience in software QA, including both manual and automation testing. ● Experience testing web applications and REST APIs. ● Hands\-on experience with an automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. ● Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent. ● Salesforce testing experience, ideally with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. ● Experience testing mobile applications or responsive web experiences. ● Experience with healthcare, recruiting, staffing, or job marketplace products. ● Experience with Salesforce integration testing, such as REST APIs, middleware, or event\-driven data flows.
