Requirements
Responsibilities: • Work as part of the Environment Management team that supports non-production instances of applications. • Perform health checks on non-production environments/ infrastructure servers/ databases to ensure they are up and running. • Analyze non production issues and resolve them proactively. • Provide support to end-to-end testing teams. • Automate manual checks and processes (using Python and Shell scripting) to improve efficiencies and reduce error. • Participate in business improvement initiatives.
