Job Title: Proofreader (Remote, Contract) Company: INFUSE Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: INFUSE is looking for a detail\-oriented B2B proofreader to join our team. This role is responsible for editing and proofreading long\-form and short\-form content to ensure it is accurate, polished, on\-brand, and aligned with client goals. The right candidate is a strong communicator who can collaborate with writers and internal teams to maintain high\-quality content and keep projects moving forward. Responsibilities: * Edit and proofread B2B content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, usage, clarity, consistency, and brand voice * Ensure content aligns with client style guides, editorial standards, messaging, and project requirements * Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers * Cross\-check references, claims, data, and source material for accuracy * Identify factual inconsistencies, unsupported statements, and potential plagiarism * Collaborate with writers, designers, and other departments * Review and occasionally revise internal documents and client\-facing materials * Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines * Maintain a high standard of quality across all reviewed content Work Location: Johannesburg, GP, South Africa Availability: Full time

Qualifications: * Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills * Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, syntax, style, and usage * Experience editing and proofreading long\-form and short\-form content * 1\+ year of proofreading or editing experience * 1\+ year of writing experience * B2B content experience preferred * Familiarity with style guides and brand voice requirements * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and solutions\-oriented * Able to work EST hours Key Skills: Machine Learning Salary: Not disclosed
