Project Order Processing

Job Title: Project Order Processing Company: WIKA Group SAP Module: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: * Customer PO & Order Review:Receive and thoroughly review customer Purchase Orders, contracts, amendments and related commercial documents.Compare the customer PO with the approved quotation, final offer and agreed commercial terms. * Identify discrepancies between the PO and agreed quotation before loading the order. * Coordinate with Sales/Project Manager for clarification or correction of discrepancies. * Project Order Loading in D365Create and maintain project/customer orders accurately in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).Ensure all mandatory master and transactional information is correctly entered. * Carry out a complete self-check of the order after loading. * Ensure orders are released for further processing only after required documentation and approvals are available. * Project Documentation & Document ControlMaintain a complete and organized project documentation folder for every order/project & Maintain proper revision control & Maintain document registers/trackers wherever required. * Order Amendment & Change ManagementReview and process customer PO amendments and project commercial changes. * Coordination With Internal Functions - To ensure that order information and supporting documents are complete and accurate. * Proactively follow up for missing information or approvals that may delay:Order Loading → Engineering → Procurement → Execution → Dispatch → Billing * Work-life integration * Mobile working * Flexible working hours * Good development opportunities * Employee discounts * Attractive remuneration system * Health initiatives The WIKA Group is among the world leaders in measurement technology with its products and services.
