Project Manager For SAP Application Management Services

Role & Responsibilities :. Service Delivery: Manage endtoend SAP AMS engagements, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance (response times, resolution, backlog). Incident & Change Management: Govern incident, problem, service request, and change processes using ITIL frameworks. Finance Process Support: Oversee monthend/yearend close, reconciliations, and financerelated SAP operations. Enhancements: Handle intake, estimation, and delivery of minor enhancements/change requests. Governance & Reporting: Produce SLA dashboards, rootcause analyses, and continuous improvement plans. Stakeholder Management: Act as trusted advisor for finance/controlling stakeholders; manage escalations and communication cadence. Team Leadership: Lead SAP functional/technical consultants across shifts and geographies. Risk & Improvement: Identify risks, ensure business continuity, and drive automation/knowledgemanagement initiatives. Preferred Candidate Profile:. Finance Education: B.Com or equivalent Finance/Accounts degree; professional finance qualifications preferred. Large Enterprise Exposure: Experience working in complex, multiteam environments.
