About The Job We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale ERP and Finance Transformation initiatives for banking clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering complex ERP implementations involving core finance and procurement functions, particularly within highly regulated financial services environments. Job Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end ERP implementation programs for banking and financial services clients, from initiation through design, build, testing, deployment and stabilization. * Lead ERP implementation activities across Finance modules, particularly AP, AR, GL and Fixed Assets. * Manage ERP modernization initiatives involving migration from legacy ERP platforms to cloud-based ERP solutions. * Partner with Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to translate business requirements into ERP-enabled processes and solutions. * Oversee requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration alignment, integration planning, data migration, testing and cutover activities. * Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, implementation partners and third-party providers. * Lead or support RFI/RFP activities, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation criteria, proposal reviews, scoring, selection recommendations and executive readouts. * Engage senior executives, program sponsors, Finance leaders, Technology teams and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
