Project Manager

The Opportunity. As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee complex projects with a focus on cost, timelines, staffing, and quality standards, including compliance with ISO requirements. Ensure adherence to execution best practices and company policies. Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization, and financials, including invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow. Identify, assess, and manage risks while pursuing opportunities. Capture and share lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle. Drive formal project closure and customer acceptance as per contractual agreements. Apply consistent contract and claims management practices in line with company policies. Negotiate and procure services, materials, and equipment from internal and external suppliers. Support supply chain management in supplier negotiations, claims, and project changes. Coordinate with engineering, service, and commissioning teams for high and medium voltage installations. Contribute to planning and implementation of commissioning activities and support installation coordination. Serve as the primary contact for customers and the escalation point for any project-related issues.
