You'll translate client goals into delivery strategies with clear KPIs and benefits plans. You'll lead programme governance and manage risk, contracts, and scope change with commercial discipline. Stakeholder / client satisfaction is yours to protect from project teams to the C\-suite. You'll embed adoption planning from day one and monitor consumption throughout. Where adoption is at risk, you'll intervene early. You'll contribute to bids, proposals, and deal shaping for strategic opportunities. You'll mentor project managers and help grow the wider PM community. You'll join a senior delivery team working across national boundaries, multiple business units, and mixed delivery models. Engagements span complex transformation programmes, portfolio work, and recovery of at\-risk accounts. You'll collaborate with account management, sales, and customer success colleagues. Travel is a regular part of the role and may include international assignments.
