Job Title: Production Planning & Control (PPC) Company: Matrix Comsec Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Job Summary We are looking for a results\-driven Team Lead – PPC to manage production planning and scheduling for Semi\-Finished Goods (SFG) and Finished Goods (FG). The role requires expertise in material planning, capacity utilization, SAP/MRP, and cross\-functional coordination to ensure production efficiency and timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute master production plans and daily production schedules for SFG and FG. * Ensure material availability, capacity alignment, and adherence to production timelines. * Monitor plan vs. actual performance, WIP, backlog, and production schedule adherence. * Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sales teams. * Identify material shortages, production bottlenecks, and capacity constraints; implement recovery plans. * Use SAP MRP, MD04, and production orders for planning and scheduling. * Track KPIs, including OTIF, plan adherence, capacity utilization, and backlog ageing. * Conduct daily and weekly planning reviews and drive continuous improvement. Qualification \& Experience* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. * 2–4 years of hands\-on PPC or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment. * Strong SAP/MRP knowledge and the ability to make timely planning decisions under delivery pressure.
