Production Planning and Control Engineer

Job Title: Production Planning and Control Engineer Company: Shavish Group Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Role \& responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules. 2. Plan and monitor manufacturing activities for pneumatic valves, industrial valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, solenoid valves, and related components. 3. Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, quality, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth production operations. 4. Monitor machine loading, manpower utilization, and production capacity. 5. Track production progress against planned targets and take corrective actions to minimize delays. 6. Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials, components, and work\-in\-progress (WIP). 7. Monitor BOM, material availability, inventory levels, and shortages. 8. Prepare and maintain production schedules, MIS reports, and daily production reports. 9. Coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement of raw materials and bought\-out components. 10. Identify bottlenecks in production and implement measures to improve productivity. 11. Monitor lead times, rejection rates, and on\-time delivery performance. 12. Work on ERP/SAP systems for production planning, scheduling, and inventory tracking.
