Organizing workflow to meet required specifications and supervising setting deadlines for delivery. Production control and problem solving in the production process. Supervising the performance of production staff and all workers in the production department. Determine the necessary resources such as the volume of labor, raw materials and all requirements of the production process. Supervising the maintenance work and purchasing the equipment required to operate the department. Monitoring and ensuring the production of products that meet quality standards. Supervising the implementation of occupational health and safety precautions. Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to senior management. Qualifications. Education: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. Specialized knowledge: Deep knowledge of production management. Skills: Excellent organizational and leaderships skills. MS-Office proficiency.
