Job Description
Job Title: Production Executive Company: Agronic Food SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Role Purpose: The Production Executive is the core operational contributor on Agronic Food's manufacturing floor. This is a hands-on, process-level role responsible for operating assigned machinery, executing batch production to target yields and quality standards, maintaining GMP compliance at the workstation, and contributing as a dependable team member across shifts. The Production Executive works under the direction of the Production Head and Shift Supervisor, and is the primary point of accountability for output, accuracy, and discipline at their assigned line or station. Key Responsibilities:1. * Operate assigned plant equipment grinding machines, TBC sizing units, filling machines, and pouch sealing lines correctly and safely as per SOPs. * Start up, run, and shut down equipment following prescribed checklists; report faults or abnormalities immediately to the Shift Supervisor. * Execute daily shift production plan for the assigned line, achieving or exceeding shift output targets. * Adjust machine settings within authorised parameters to maintain product quality and yield; escalate deviations that require supervisor authorisation. * Complete all required batch documentation, shift logs, and production records accurately and on time. * Achieve target yield across all assigned processes — Fine Grind (80–100 mesh), Medium Grind (40–60 mesh), Coarse Grind (20–30 mesh), and TBC size ranges (Fine 0.2–1.6 mm, Medium 2–4 mm, Coarse 4–8 mm, Semi-Fine 1–2 mm). * Actively minimise material loss at the workstation — floor spillage, dust, handling waste, and invisible loss — and report any unusual loss trends immediately. * Monitor output continuously during the shift and flag deviations from yield benchmarks to the Shift Supervisor without delay. * Ensure all material is correctly labelled, staged, and transferred between process stages without mix-up or cross-contamination. * Perform regular in-process checks on fill weights, ensuring packs are within 1% of the declared weight; correct filling parameters before defects accumulate. * Inspect pouch seals during the shift; escalate seal integrity failures immediately and do not allow defective pouches to pass to the next stage. * Identify and segregate out-of-spec material, rework candidates, and rejected batches; tag correctly and report to supervisor. * Minimise rework and repacking incidents attributable to the assigned station through careful operation and early issue detection. * Maintain personal hygiene standards (PPE, hand wash, uniform) and workstation cleanliness at all times, not only during audit periods. * Keep the assigned area clean, organised, and audit-ready throughout the shift; participate in end-of-shift cleaning routines. * Follow all plant safety rules — no shortcuts, no bypassing safety guards, no unauthorised machine modifications. * Report any near-miss incidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment safety concerns to the Shift Supervisor immediately. * Contribute to achieving a GMP audit score of 90/100 at the workstation level. * Act as a reliable team player — assist colleagues at adjacent stations during high-load periods, absenteeism coverage, or urgent production runs without being asked. * Share process knowledge, shortcuts, and best practices with newer team members; help onboard operators joining the line. * Accept shift rotations, line reassignments, or task changes with a cooperative attitude and without resistance. * Maintain a positive, respectful work environment during long shifts and peak-demand periods. * Raise floor-level issues — material shortages, machine concerns, quality flags — that affect the team, rather than staying silent. * Provide a complete, accurate shift handover to the incoming executive — covering batch status, material inventory, machine condition, open issues, and any supervisor instructions. * Update all shift logs, batch records, and production forms legibly and accurately before the end of each shift. * Communicate production progress, bottlenecks, or concerns to the Shift Supervisor in real time; do not wait for the end of the shift. KRA/KPI - Production Executive KPI Manager’s Score (1-5) % packs filled within 1% of declared weight during exec's shift Per shift % batches completed and handed over on time per executive's line/shift Individual Shift Output Achievement Daily shift output vs. exec's assigned target; contribution to peak runs 100% of daily shift target Work Location: Jodhpur(Bhagat Ki Kothi), India Availability: Full time
