This role ensures that the team meets production goals while adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The supervisor coordinates with various departments to ensure smooth operations, resolves issues promptly, and fosters a positive, productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Production Operations: 1\. Monitor and coordinate production activities to meet production schedules. 2\. Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company standards, quality specifications, and safety protocols. 3\. Adjust schedules or operations to accommodate unexpected changes or disruptions. Team Leadership: 1\. Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to maximize performance and achieve production goals. 2\. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve team efficiency and maintain a positive work environment. 3\. Assign work duties and ensure adequate staffing levels for each shift. Quality Control: 1\. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures. 2\. Identify and address any quality or production issues to maintain consistent output. 3\. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Work Location: Bhiwandi, India Availability: Full time

Health and Safety: 1\. Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment. 2\. Investigate accidents or near\-misses and implement corrective actions as necessary. 3\. Ensure staff are trained in safety procedures and proper use of equipment. Inventory and Materials Management: 1\. Collaborate with the materials management team to ensure adequate inventory levels for production. 2\. Monitor production material usage and assist in ordering materials when necessary. 3\. Minimize waste and optimize resource use. Problem\-Solving and Troubleshooting: 1\. Quickly resolve any production issues that arise, including machine malfunctions, staffing shortages, or material delays. 2\. Recommend improvements to processes, equipment, and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency. Reporting and Documentation: 1\. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production output, efficiency, and quality. 2\. Maintain accurate records of production data, employee performance, and incidents. Qualifications: • • • Education: Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Production/ Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Skills: o o o o o Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem\-solving and decision\-making capabilities. Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control techniques.
