Production Planning Executive / Officer Pharma Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:. Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per business requirements. Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production. Check RM/PM availability and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid production delays. Plan production batches based on material availability, machine capacity, manpower, and production priorities. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of batches. Coordinate with manufacturing teams regarding batch planning, changeovers, and production timelines. Track production status and identify any shortages, delays, or bottlenecks. Maintain production planning reports, MIS, and daily production updates. Ensure production plans are aligned with inventory and dispatch requirements. Follow GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance requirements. Coordinate with the manufacturing team to optimize capacity utilization and production efficiency. Required Skills:. Experience in Production Planning / PPC / Pharma Manufacturing. Good knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and batch planning. Strong coordination and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and production planning/MIS reports. Ability to manage multiple production schedules and meet deadlines. Experience in coordinating material availability and manufacturing timelines.
