As a Product Manager, Salesforce Hub, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: * Act as the Salesforce Hub’s primary point of contact for requests from business units, helping them understand their needs and identify relevant solutions. * Structure, maintain, and prioritize the backlog of Salesforce opportunities, initiatives, and requests based on business value, strategic alignment, and required effort. * Support business units in exploring solutions through demonstrations, proofs of concept (PoCs), proofs of value (PoVs), and discovery workshops to validate the relevance and business value of proposed initiatives. * Assess potential benefits, impacts, feasibility, and conditions for success before investments are made, while establishing a structured framework for innovation, experimentation, and validation. * Develop and maintain in\-depth expertise in Salesforce products, licenses, contractual agreements, and available services to optimize investments, identify opportunities for reuse, and leverage existing capabilities and product updates. * Track the value generated by Salesforce products, their adoption, and their contribution to business objectives, while continuously monitoring the Salesforce ecosystem and promoting best practices. * Collaborate with IT teams, architects, Salesforce experts, external partners, and business units to translate business needs into concrete solutions and strengthen Salesforce knowledge and capabilities across the organization.
