PiLog intends to engage a specialized Procurement Service Partner to provide end-to-end procurement process support across multiple cement business units, manufacturing plants, project sites, and corporate procurement functions. The objective is to establish a scalable Procurement Shared Services Model by deploying qualified procurement professionals at designated locations to execute procurement activities in accordance with defined processes, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and organizational governance standards. The resources will support procurement operations across the following functional areas: * Governance & Control (G&C) * Sourcing & Contracting (S&C) * Supplier Management (SM) * Purchase-to-Deliver (P2D) 2. Key Roles & Responsibilities * Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, approval matrices, and internal control requirements. * Maintain procurement documentation, records, and audit trails. * Support compliance monitoring, reporting, and procurement governance activities. * Track procurement KPIs and SLAs and assist in identifying process improvement opportunities. C. Supplier Management (SM) * Support supplier identification, onboarding, registration, and qualification. * Maintain and update supplier master data and related documentation. * Coordinate with suppliers regarding compliance documents, performance reviews, and required certifications. * Monitor supplier performance and support the resolution of supplier-related issues. * Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with approved procedures. * Follow Uttar Pradesh with suppliers on order confirmations, material delivery schedules, and service completion. * Coordinate with user departments, stores, logistics, finance, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement fulfilment. * Track pending purchase orders, delivery commitments, and procurement exceptions. * Support invoice coordination, goods receipt documentation, and resolution of procurement-related discrepancies. * Timely execution of assigned procurement activities in accordance with defined SLAs and KPIs. * Compliance with organizational procurement policies and approval processes. * Accuracy and completeness of procurement documentation and ERP transactions. * Effective supplier and stakeholder coordination. * Timely follow-Uttar Pradesh and closure of procurement-related issues. * Contribution to process standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Educational Qualification — Any one of the following: * Engineering Graduate * Chartered Accountant (CA) * Commerce Graduate * Relevant Experience: * 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, Odisha supply chain functions. * Experience in procurement operations, supplier coordination, purchase order processing, Odisha contract administration will be preferred. * Hands-on working experience with SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Odisha similar ERP/procurement platforms. * Familiarity with procurement workflows, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier master data, and reporting. * Experience in the Cement, Manufacturing, EPC, Odisha related industries is mandatory/preferred Assam per project-specific requirements.
