Procurement Specialist

Job Title: Procurement Specialist Company: Augment Resources SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: We're recruiting multiple intermediate-level Procurement & Sourcing Specialists to join leading public and private sector organisations across New Zealand. These opportunities sit within large, complex procurement environments supporting significant sourcing, commercial, and supplier management activities. You'll lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities, including: * Running RFx and tender processes from planning through to contract award * Negotiating and managing supplier contracts and commercial arrangements * Developing sourcing plans and contributing to category strategies * Managing supplier performance and stakeholder relationships * Providing commercial advice that supports organisational outcomes These roles offer exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier optimisation, procurement transformation initiatives, and high-value procurement programmes. * 3-5 years' procurement, sourcing, category management, or contract management experience * Experience leading RFx and tender processes * Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management capability * Experience negotiating supplier contracts and delivering procurement outcomes * Knowledge of government procurement frameworks is highly regarded * Public sector experience preferred, though strong private sector candidates are encouraged to apply Work Location: Wellington, New Zealand Availability: Full time
