Procurement Team Leader You will be mainly accountable for: * Managing the end\-to\-end purchasing process, including launching purchase orders, confirming deliveries, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely and effective execution. * Aligning supplier orders with internal requirements, ensuring quality, timely delivery, sustainability, and cost\-effectiveness, while building good day\-to\-day relationships with approved suppliers and collaborating with local and international teams. * Overseeing goods receipt verification and invoice processing, ensuring accurate and smooth execution of procurement transactions. * Supporting supplier scouting together with Category teams and managing the supplier onboarding process through SAP Ariba. * Supporting strategic sourcing activities by executing sourcing strategies, handling tactical negotiations and small RFQs, analyzing spend, and comparing supplier proposals to benefit the organization. * Supporting digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement within procurement processes, while collaborating in cross\-functional and virtual teams and contributing to international projects.
