Job Title: Procurement Practice Senior Analyst Company: Accenture SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: What would you do? • Responsible for managing the end to end Purchase Requisition PR to Purchase Order PO process ensuring timely issuance of POs effective vendor coordination continuous PO follow up and expediting to meet delivery schedules cost and quality requirements. • You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results • A systematic approach used for buying all the goods and services needed for a particular project or for the company generally to stay sustainable. • It consists of: the identification of need; finding and qualifying the suppliers; requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results; and contract close. What are we looking for? • Procurement cost savings and working capital improvement • Team productivity and process compliance • Relevant years of experience as a buyer in a midsized or large Procurement Operations engagement • Experience in the CPG or Manufacturing industry domain is preferred. • Graduation in any stream • Good computer literacy including Word Excel and PowerPoint • Core Competencies • Strong leadership and strategic procurement capability • Advanced negotiation and supplier relationship management • KPI driven decision making and risk management • Deep ERP and procurement system knowledge • Negotiation and supplier management skills • Problem solving and escalation management • Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana • Knowledge of SAP Ariba • Multitasking and problem solving mindset • Initiative and team player • Key Performance Indicators • Green SLAs and KPIs • Supplier OTIF performance Roles and Responsibilities: • Own and optimize the PR to PO process and procurement policies for both direct and indirect categories • Define and govern PR to PO processes approval matrices and controls • Lead coach and develop the buying team ProcOps Associates Analysts and Senior Analysts • Oversee expediting strategy for critical materials and capacity constraints • Manage key supplier relationships and escalation of supply risks • Build relationships with client stakeholders at plant level • Establish weekly and monthly governance with client stakeholders • Allocate workload and oversee PO follow up and expediting activities • Review and support resolution of critical or escalated POs • Lead continuous improvement audits and digital procurement initiatives • Be accountable for creation of POs validation of PRs and maintaining quality and service standards to support the overall Accenture client relationship and drive continuous improvement • Monitor supplier progress against delivery commitments • Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement priorities • Support project schedules production plans and cost targets • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives • Create material for governance reviews • Support other Accenture Operations areas including Operational Excellence dashboard maintenance and reporting • Maintain client data protection standards • Excellent written verbal and presentation communication skills • Good Excel knowledge • Quick learner with ability to use project specific tools and templates effectively Work Location: KA, India Availability: Full time
