Procurement Operations Analyst

Job Title: Procurement Operations Analyst Company: SDI International Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: We’re looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst to support our day\-to\-day procurement activities and help ensure smooth, efficient operations while delivering excellent service to clients and suppliers. * Act as the primary point of contact for procurement\-related inquiries from clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. * Build and maintain strong working relationships through clear and professional communication. * Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely responses. * Handle supplier inquiries related to invoicing, billing, and payment status. * Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. * Monitor pending requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support efficient procurement operations. * Identify operational challenges and contribute to process improvements. * 3 years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing support, supplier coordination, accounts payable, or invoice management. * Hands\-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP and SAP Ariba. * Knowledge of purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and supplier management. * Strong written and verbal English communication skills. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * A customer\-focused mindset and strong stakeholder\-management skills. * Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. * The opportunity to work in an international environment with supportive global teams. * Career growth and development opportunities. * A role where collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement matter.
